A newly created assignment for a highly experienced Relationship Manager to join a massively growing financial organisation. Alongside the competitive base salary, the opportunity is all home based and all expenses paid.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Banking you will be required to use your banking skills to attract, manage and maintain complex banking relationships for organisations as required by the Bank's plans in place from time to time, providing innovative solutions for complex requirements.

The Relationship Manager will also be required to lead and have management responsibility for others as required by the sales structure and to be responsible for delivery of the sales management process and ensuring compliance with internal and external banking regulation in force at any time.

To an extent the role is a 'blank page' and you will have the chance to shape the role and add value as you see it (supporting the achievement of Bank objectives). This will be a rewarding role for a capable Relationship Manager seeking a busy and varied role in an expanding organisation.

Key skills & experience:

• Must have previous banking experience
• Delivery of volumetric and financial objectives as set out in the business plan in place from time to time to achieve planned Bank business performance
• In conjunction with Risk and Compliance function, adhere to the Bank's Policies and Procedures by containing Compliance risk (this embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply).
