Chris was a zero hours chef working across several different kitchens, with a goal to enter catering management. Seeing how these kitchens were run, he decided to up-skill with the Management and Leadership course.
Right Time Recruitment found an Intensive 3 month course while he worked, which he passed and became certified in.
Chris now works in catering management.

Kerry took her apprenticeship with Right Time after working for 6 years in the retail sector.
She was 28 at the time, and did the Project Management Level 5 Certification.
After a 6 month combination of the apprenticeship and on the job learning, she has since found employment with RDL Development managing their internal HR projects.

Right Time Recruitment were able to place him on a development course within Sandwell College, and following a 3 month course and 1 month Placement, Jason was qualified in Level 5 Cyber Security thanks to Right Time Recruitments training and development schemes
