Actively and urgently seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join a talented and skilled Cost Management team at their office in Central Birmingham within the Real Estate & Property division.

This internationally recognized, multi-disciplined Consultancy, that specializes in Project and Cost Management services across the Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Real Estate sectors, are seeking an APC level Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join their team due to recently acquired high-caliber projects and growth within division.

Operating within the Real Estate & Property team from its South Central hub in Birmingham, you will gain exposures to a range of sectors that include:

• Education - Colleges and Universities
• Industrial and Manufacturing
• Student Accommodation
• Retail / Commercial Property
• Residential / High-end Residential Property

As a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, it is expected that you have Refurbishment and New Build project experience. Additional experience will consist of both Pre Contract and Post Contract duties including solid involvement in JCT contracts, Change Management and have a strong and proven experience within Cost Planning and Feasibility Studies.

Key requirements to be considered:

• BSc Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) or relevant equivalent
• 3-5 years post-degree experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Consultancy / Independent / Private Practice experience
• Strong IT skills
• Contract Management experience
• Access to a vehicle
