CONSULTANCY / PQS - Currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a Commercial sector background to work on a range of high-end projects across Birmingham and the West Midlands, with an internationally recognized Project and Cost Management Consultancy.

The Company:

The client is a well-known regional consultancy with a strong presence in the UK and international construction industry. With decades of years of industry presence, they have grown from strength to strength, and continue to grow. They are now looking to add to the Real Estate & Property team for a Quantity Surveyor.

Key Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Ideally Chartered status (MRICS) OR working towards Chartership
• 4 plus years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• PQS / Consultancy background
• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a similar field

Quantity Surveyor key responsibilities:

• Project management, planning, risk and investment processes
• Pre and Post Contract duties including Cost Plans, Estimates and Variations / Standardization work
• The ability to use Quantity Surveying software including RIB Construction Suite and/or iTWO
• Dealing with JCT Contracts
