Desktop Support

Key skills & experience:

  • Must have previous banking experience
  • Respond to support requests logged on the helpdesk system in an efficient and timely manner. Contributing to the achievement of the departmental SLA
  • Support the delivery of business change/transformation driven IT projects
  • Form part of a rota providing 24/7 support and monitoring of the Banking system platform, including all dependent systems and network infrastructure
  • Ensure IT security policies are being followed by all users of IT systems, reporting any misuse or suspicious activity
  • Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft Windows Server and client operating systems
  • Remote support tools
  • Helpdesk Ticketing system and incident management
  • Microsoft Exchange Server administration
  • Microsoft Office 365
