Are you an APC Quantity Surveyor seeking a fresh new challenge with a nationally recognized and successful Construction and Property Consultancy? Keen to become MRICS Chartered?
An APC Quantity Surveyor is required to join a nationally recognized Construction and Property Consultancy at their office in Leicester due to an increase in workload across a variety of sectors!
With a portfolio of services including Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Cost and Project Management, this Intermediate Quantity Surveyor position offers a fantastic opportunity to work through your APC program to MRICS / Chartered status in a proactive and driven team!
Working on a variety of New-build, Refurbishment and Fit-out projects across sectors including Retail, Health, Residential, Education and Office and Commercial sectors and many more, you will have the opportunity to develop your Quantity Surveying skills in both Pre and Post Contractual focused QS role.
Key requirements in this APC Quantity Surveyor role:
- BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying or relevant equivalent (RICS accredited)
- Working towards APC or near MRICS Chartered
- 3-5 years post-degree Quantity Surveying experience
- Consultancy / Private Practice background
- Access to a vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
