Joint winner of The ApprenticeJames White, is firmly planting his roots in Birmingham by moving into new premises in Edgbaston and hosting a series of informative cyber focused events.

James – originally from Colchester - secured £250,000 worth of investment from Lord Alan Sugar after starring on the BBC show.

Lord Sugar invested in James’ growing IT recruitment business, Right Time Recruitment, which has already found commercial success.

Lord Sugar said: “IT recruitment is in high demand in the UK and Right Time Recruitment is offering a holistic service for both prospective clients and applicants.

“James is working closely with myself and the team and we hope to see a lot more success from Right Time Recruitment throughout 2018 and in future years.”

Previously based in Aston Cross Business Village in Rocky Lane, the business soon outgrew its shared office space due to taking on nine new members of staff in just six months.

The company has now moved to new premises on Harborne Road, in order to be closer to the city centre, have more space to accommodate growth and invest in the growing community of Edgbaston Village.

The firm also boasts an impressive client record, working with technology hubs such as Midlands Cyber, Innovation Birmingham and Silicon Canal.

The firm are already collaborating with these big security firms, by hosting a #CYBERSOCIAL event, featuring talks from leading cyber security and information technology experts.

Right Time is also aiming to promote female talent and success in the sector as well as young talent.

Showing commitment to young talent, the two-year-old company recruited a business administration apprentice from Solihull College. The company also has plans to bring in graduates as they continue to grow.

James (pictured) said: “We believe it’s vital to invest in young talent as it improves loyalty to the company from the employee and we are able to mould and train them to up our standards.

“It’s always rewarding for an employer to see the apprentices/graduates grow and progress within the team and enhance their employability skills“

Right Time Recruitment’s first #CYBERSOCIAL will take place on 3 May between 5.30pm – 8.30pm at the Colmore Club.
